With a selection of very specialist demolition products Brokk UK rely on attending exhibitions to showcase their product range and engaging with their potential customer base. Attendance at these events is crucial to the success of this sales strategy. Previously Brokk UK relied on more traditional ways of letting people know in advance about their attendance at exhibitions, including postal correspondence and telephone calls. Looking forward they felt it was time to try email marketing and asked that we design them an email newsletter template and manage mail shots for a number of events. This ensured that their contacts were in the know and also gives Brokk UK a greater degree of certainty over the communication being received and considered.
