London Executive had an existing, once award-winning website which had, over time become outdated. As a member of the Keller Williams franchise, whom adopt a different approach to estate agency, with its global audience. Handling the selling and renting of property in some of London’s most prestigious and prime areas; it was vital they rejuvenated their online presence with a new, more fitting website to showcase the quality properties they rent and sell.
Any website would need to integrate fully with their property listing software. It would need to appeal to the correct audience in London’s competitive property market but not lose the feel of a long-standing family business that have a small team offering a professional and dedicated service. It had to be sleek, professional, shout about the businesses London location but also keep a nod to their clientele on a more global scale.
Due to the complexities of the Qube SLM property feed, the project was always going to be quite involved. There was also the additional consideration that we would be delivering the project from our HQ in Kendal, Cumbria, with the likelihood that we never would actually meet Georges Verdis or his team. With this in mind we agreed a clear project plan and way of working. Both parties were satisfied that communication could be effectively managed through both email and telephone.
We immediately dedicated our time to creating the framework for the website, adopting a stylish, up-market design. As our first estate agent client with both rental and sales we knew we would need to adapt our approach to the property listings, with development and customisation of primary importance in the foundations of the website build. A conference call during the process allowed us to understand in full what worked for the team at London Executive and discuss any changes.
There was a delay to project completion due to other matters taking understandable priority at London Executive. Nevertheless following a short break from the project we pulled together again and gathered full momentum with the end in sight. The break encouraged a rethink on some aspects to the site but ultimately it has resulted in a site which is perfectly fitting with the London Executive brand and paints them in their best light.
