With a website which had become outdated and was not built with mobile and tablet in mind, Marthwaite Joinery were aware that a new website was becoming necessary. As with many businesses in the building industry their desk time was limited and their website was more of a necessary evil than something they could offer a lot of time to.
Marthwaite Joinery were happy with the design and content of their existing site but were also keen for this to be freshened up to give it a more contemporary feel. Based in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with many of their customers on the go, a responsive website which would work well on mobile and tablet devices was increasingly important.
Not in the business of reinventing the wheel, we built a new WordPress website which complemented the design of the old Marthwaite Joinery website, with a nod to the green colour palette used in their branding. As was one of the main aims, the website was dynamically built to be fully responsive on mobile and tablet devices.
Specialists in a wide range of joinery based services it was important that these were clearly laid out so that people who visited the site understood the business and what they offer. Whilst also important to highlight the range of jobs that they have undertaken, it was also important to demonstrate their level of professionalism alongside the high quality of the materials they use in their joinery work.
