Paper Waste Confidential Business Services

Providing Data Destruction and Paper Recycling Services to businesses and households since 1997

The Challenge

A long-standing Cumbrian business, Paper Waste Confidential Business Services has steadily grown and evolved over the years. They had reached a point where their website no longer felt fitting to the business and the services it offered.

Our Solution

Delivering data destruction services across Cumbria, Lancashire and Southern Scotland to many well known, large businesses, it was important that they were represented online through a professional website. A website which would appeal to both their larger clients but still be personable enough for household clients who have often used their services for many years.

We built the website using WordPress and used video content on the homepage to spark some interest in what could otherwise be seen as quite a mundane service area. We used clear call to actions throughout for visitors to ‘Request A Quote’.

ISO 18001 and ISO 45001 accredited, we had to be sure that the website complied with any requirements to support this. Alongside ISO and many other accreditations in a business sector where professionalism and confidentiality is key, we made sure that all accreditations are clearly displayed.

Using the assurity offered by independent accreditors/regulators and also glowing testimonials, the website doesn’t need to speak for itself. Instead it is backed up by years of a positive reputation, professionalism and high standards.

"We are so pleased we chose a local company to design our new website and guide us through the process during the horror that was covid.

Eilidh and Darren are very professional and understanding and full of ideas to make sure you get the best end result.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Freshspace."
