Paramount Legal Costs had an existing and relatively new WordPress website which fit with their corporate image and they were happy with. The problems they were encountering were more in terms of making design, layout and content changes to reflect developments in the business.
In addition, their market is a niche one. They were using Google Adwords to overcome obstacles around this, although their Adwords campaigns were frequently attracting the wrong market; people looking for solicitors rather than solicitors themselves who make up their core client base.
We migrated their existing WordPress website over to our fast, efficient and green hosting solution so that we were in a better place to help them manage their website, and to boost the performance of their website. From here we worked closely with Paramount Legal Costs to understand the changes they wanted to make in order to perfect their website and bring it up to speed. Taking time to understand the backend of the website and how it had been built, we then made the design and content changes that were needed. We did so through our Support Package which is an ongoing arrangement that the client can tap into whenever they need further change.
In taking over the website we reviewed and audited the SEO of the site, using our chosen SEO plugin, Rank Math, to boost and refine the site’s performance. As part of this work we also reviewed their Google AdWords setup, using an in-depth understanding from the client of their niche business and client base to ensure Google AdWords were set up to reach the correct market, and bypass false leads. This is ongoing work, and we review this on a monthly basis, updating the client and providing recommendations where relevant.
The client was also getting a lot of spam through their existing contact forms. To stop this we switched to our preferred contact form plugin, WP Forms, configuring it to filter out spam emails and ensure genuine emails were getting through to the client which could prove to be genuine sales leads.
A progressive business that is looking to engage with their client base, they are always keen to understand how they can do more through social media. They send out regular newsletters via MailChimp and we worked with them to better understand the interests of their sign-up list, ensuring that through the website new sign-ups were asked the right questions and this fed into appropriate list segments.
